Description
Amgen is hiring a Sr Machine Learning Engineer to build digital products and platforms that power AI/ML and GenAI solutions across discovery, manufacturing, commercial analytics, and corporate functions. The role partners with architects, product managers, UX designers, back-end engineers, data architects, and business SMEs to design secure, scalable, user-centric solutions, experiment with LLMs and foundational models, embed responsible AI and security-by-design controls, and develop cloud-scale ML systems using open-source data stacks. Candidates need 6–12 years of data science experience, a relevant advanced degree or bachelor's degree, strong deep learning/NLP/machine learning skills, AWS/cloud experience, and excellent communication/stakeholder management skills.
