Amgen’s AI & Data for Engineered Biologics team is hiring a Software/ML Engineer to transform research prototypes into production-grade machine learning services for large-molecule discovery. The role focuses on building and deploying ML APIs and applications, containerizing and serving models, establishing MLOps practices, implementing CI/CD, monitoring model and service health, and collaborating with scientists and engineering teams. Candidates need a doctorate with at least four years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with at least eight years of directly related experience, along with strong software engineering, Python, MLOps, cloud, and model-serving capabilities.
