Description
Chattermill is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and ship customer-experience intelligence models and systems. The role covers training, evaluating, and iterating on ML models and agentic systems; developing LLM-powered retrieval, reranking, summarisation, and insight agents; designing evaluation frameworks; improving semantic search; producing production-quality code; collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams; and mentoring others.
