CI&T is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development, industrialization, and production support of enterprise-scale machine learning products. The role spans MLOps, model training and serving, ETL/ELT and PySpark workflows, feature stores, model governance, observability, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and technical documentation. Candidates need advanced Databricks experience, production ML operations expertise, feature engineering and evaluation knowledge, distributed Spark experience, Python and SQL proficiency, and experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
