Description
Cloudflare is hiring a Lead Machine Learning Engineer for its Austin, Texas hybrid team. The role leads the architecture and execution of a unified AI/ML platform supporting traditional machine learning, generative AI, large language models, and autonomous agent systems. Responsibilities include building scalable backend services and data pipelines, production-grade AI agents and chatbots, model observability, LLMOps, and technical leadership across the Data Science team. The position requires extensive senior or lead ML engineering experience, strong Python and backend skills, and familiarity with modern AI infrastructure, cloud, data platforms, and full-stack technologies.
