CTGT is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work at the model stack, improving the behavior and performance of commercial and open-source models through mechanistic interpretability, activation patching, control vectors, feature extraction, and other deep-learning techniques. The role focuses on building production systems for deterministic policy enforcement, evaluation, deployment, and feature-level interventions, using Python, Rust, Node/TypeScript, React, databases, containerization, Kubernetes, Terraform, and self-hosted models.
