ExTrac is hiring a Senior ML Engineer to join its Machine Learning team and lead technical direction on agentic systems, domain-specific models, model serving, evaluation, and production deployment. The role partners with software engineering, product design, analysts, and senior stakeholders to translate research into reliable, scalable intelligence solutions. It requires hands-on experience with LLMs, agent orchestration, retrieval systems, evaluation, and robust engineering, along with eligibility for UK security clearance and nationality from a NATO member state, Australia, or New Zealand. The position is hybrid, with at least two days per week in the central London office, and includes medical insurance, pension contributions, parental leave, an education budget, and 33 days of leave.
