Factored is hiring a fully remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer focused on agentic workflows. The role involves designing and deploying autonomous LLM agents that plan, use tools, maintain state, execute code, handle errors, evaluate trajectories, monitor reasoning, and enforce guardrails. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of production machine learning experience, strong software engineering and API skills, and expertise with agentic architectures, generative AI frameworks, LLM fundamentals, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
