Description
Graphcore is hiring Senior and Staff Machine Learning Engineers for its Applied AI team to develop and optimise AI models for its specialised hardware at scale. The role involves implementing and benchmarking machine learning models, testing software releases, conducting experiments, improving model efficiency, and collaborating with Research, Software, and Product teams. Candidates need a degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, proficiency with PyTorch or JAX, strong Python or C++ skills, and expertise in deep learning from training through optimisation and evaluation. Desirable experience includes MLOps, large-language-model production systems, low-precision computing, C++/Triton/CUDA kernel development, distributed training or inference, HPC systems, cloud platforms, and open-source or research contributions. The listed compensation is PLN 260,400–352,200 for Senior and PLN 350,700–474,400 for Staff.
