Halter is hiring a machine-learning engineer to develop and deploy predictive systems for pasture growth, land properties, animal state, health, and activity. The role owns end-to-end machine-learning pipeline development, model architecture, dataset construction, training, optimization, production support, and monitoring, while conducting research and collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams. Candidates should have a strong academic or professional background in machine learning, experience deploying complex systems, strong Python skills, and familiarity with advanced architectures or AI tooling.
