Mind Foundry is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead onsite engagements with clients and stakeholders on applied AI/ML systems for defence and national security. The role covers technical scoping, architecture, prototyping, production deployment, code quality, customer training, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a STEM degree or equivalent practical experience, strong Python and production ML infrastructure skills, and existing or eligible UK Developed Vetting clearance. The position is primarily onsite at client sites in Gloucestershire, with an interview process including a coding exercise, technical interview, and in-person meeting at the Summertown, Oxford office.
