Mutinex is hiring a Machine Learning and Software Engineer to design, build, automate, and optimise infrastructure and tooling for its data science and product workflows. The role combines software engineering with machine learning engineering, focusing on predictive modelling, forecasting, optimisation frameworks, backend APIs and databases, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven orchestration. Candidates should have production systems experience, strong Python and machine learning skills, familiarity with GCP and container technologies, and a product-oriented approach. The position is hybrid, based in Sydney, Melbourne, or New York, and includes equity, parental leave, annual leave, and six weeks of work-from-anywhere time.
