TheIncLab is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to research, design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for complex real-world problems. The role covers supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning; neural networks, transformers, RAG, optimization, data pipelines, model debugging, production integration, and architectural guidance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of professional experience including significant hands-on machine learning development, strong Python and software engineering skills, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret or Top-Secret security clearance.
