WorldQuant is hiring a senior Python Engineer to research, design, code, test, and deploy complex data pipelines, AI/ML systems, and software solutions. The role manages technical objectives, provides technical leadership, mentors junior team members, conducts code reviews, and drives architectural decisions. Candidates need a master's degree or higher in a relevant technical field, at least seven years of Python development experience focused on data engineering and AI/ML systems, and expertise in Python, data processing libraries, scalable pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization, version control, CI/CD, and agile methodologies. The position offers a base salary of $175,000–$250,000 USD plus discretionary performance bonus and benefits.
