Ocado Group is hiring a Senior ML Engineer for its Smarties Data Science and intelligent personalisation team. The role owns production ML systems across the full lifecycle, from experimentation and model design through deployment, monitoring, cost management, and incident resolution. Responsibilities include technical leadership, cross-craft collaboration, data-quality improvements, AB testing, and designing reusable platform building blocks. Required qualifications include production ML engineering, data processing tools, machine learning fundamentals, GCP and AWS experience, Python, and technical leadership. The role offers a hybrid model with two office days per week and a gross monthly pay range of 23,600–29,900 PLN in Poland.
