Spring Health is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and scale a centralized AI platform that supports GenAI capabilities across its care capabilities. The role focuses on platform tooling, reliability, refactoring, MLOps modernization, cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure, developer experience, and cross-functional adoption. It is a hybrid position based in San Francisco with an expectation to work in the office two to three days per week, and candidates must be based in the San Francisco area or able to relocate independently within 90 days. The target base salary is $183,000 to $205,500, with equity and benefits.
