NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Perception Engineer to develop and productize end-to-end perception solutions for autonomous driving, focusing on traffic signal understanding including traffic lights, traffic signs, road markings, construction objects, and other traffic signals. The role involves deep learning research, data-driven development, simulation and augmentation, deployment on embedded platforms, and meeting safety, latency, and software robustness requirements. Candidates need a PhD with 4+ years, MS with 6+ years, or BS with 8+ years of relevant experience, along with deep learning, Python or C++, and data collaboration experience. The base salary range is 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 4 and 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until September 25, 2026.
