Batch Robotics is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop AI-driven robotic systems for industrial automation. The role involves designing and training perception and control models, building data pipelines and ML operations workflows, improving simulation and synthetic-data tooling, developing multimodal and transformer-based models, integrating systems with physical robotic hardware, and evaluating model performance. Candidates need a master's degree or nearly completed PhD, more than three years of professional experience, hands-on reinforcement learning and imitation learning experience, strong Python and ideally Rust skills, and a track record deploying models on physical robotic manipulators.
