The company is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in robotics and computer vision to own the AI/ML core of a robotics automation startup. The role involves writing custom training loops, designing PyTorch or TensorFlow architectures, building computer vision pipelines, training and fine-tuning models, deploying to edge systems, and integrating with robotics hardware. It requires at least three years of end-to-end deep learning experience, industrial computer vision expertise, strong software engineering skills, and fluent Polish and English. The position is remote or Poland-based, offers at least PLN 18,000 net B2B plus VAT, and includes equity and incentive opportunities.
