Hugging Face is hiring a Senior Engineer to own a substantial part of its open voice-agent stack, including the speech-to-speech library and the hf-voice product. The role covers architecture, ASR/TTS integration, developer APIs, streaming protocols, GPU inference, concurrency, autoscaling, observability, load testing, SLOs, documentation, and community contributions. Candidates should have experience with developer-facing AI infrastructure, Python, async and distributed systems, real-time streaming, LLMs or multimodal models, and voice or conversational AI.
