Description
Itaú is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineering Analyst to develop and evolve RAG and agent-memory solutions for its Generative AI platform. The role covers production RAG pipelines, semantic search with embeddings and reranking, model experimentation and evaluation, and robust software engineering practices including testing, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and cloud deployment. The position requires machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, PyTorch or TensorFlow, vector search, Python, and experience with at least one cloud provider, with additional experience in LangChain, LLM evaluation, and related technologies preferred.
