Description
DexCare is hiring a senior machine-learning engineering leader to own conversational AI, real-time voice systems, predictive machine learning, retrieval, safety and reliability, MLOps, model economics, and the hiring and growth of its global machine-learning engineering organization. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with LLM-based production systems, Python and modern ML tooling, voice and telephony systems, enterprise retrieval, evaluation harnesses, multi-tenant SaaS, cloud platforms, regulated healthcare data, and leading senior technical teams.
