WHOOP is hiring a Senior ML Research Engineer for its Sensor Intelligence Group to develop and deploy machine-learning and deep-learning models that extract reliable insights from noisy wearable and biosensor data. The role involves research, experimentation, model training and fine-tuning, production deployment, algorithm documentation, quality monitoring, and collaboration with engineering and data science teams. It requires a relevant master’s or PhD, published ML/DL research, at least four years of research experience, strong time-series and deep-learning expertise, and proficiency with Python and ML frameworks. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with relocation possible, and offers a U.S. base salary of $150,000 to $215,000 plus equity and benefits.
