Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Intercom

Fin’s Machine Learning team is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to identify customer-facing ML opportunities, frame product problems, conduct exploratory data analysis and algorithm research, evaluate models offline, and collaborate with engineers, product, and design teams to ship ML products to production. The role requires broad applied machine learning knowledge, 3–5 years of applied ML experience, practical statistics, intermediate programming, strong communication, scientific thinking, and typically advanced education in machine learning or a related field. The position follows a hybrid policy requiring employees to be in the office at least three days per week.
