The role diagnoses complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; supports dealers and factories; documents technical solutions; coordinates with engineering and manufacturing teams; leads the Unit DTAC; collects field failure data; coaches dealers; and delivers technical training. Candidates should have strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, experience with CAN-bus, Ethernet systems, and diagnostic tools, and a degree in mechanical engineering, agricultural technology, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
