Description
The Senior Maintenance Engineer works with operating-area personnel, production engineers, and the broader manufacturing organization to ensure the safe and profitable operation of an assigned plant. Responsibilities include equipment failure analysis, rotating-equipment repair and modification review, lubrication programs, preventive maintenance support, vibration analysis, reliability reporting, equipment troubleshooting, installations and upgrades, and site health, safety, and environmental activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of chemical or petrochemical plant maintenance or reliability engineering experience, and offers a base salary of $86,400 to $129,600 annually.
