Description
The role supports daily maintenance operations by overseeing technician startup tasks, 5S and safety, equipment troubleshooting, and corrective and preventive actions. It leads process improvements in soldering, coating, milling, and gluing; manages audits, DLR meetings, OPLs, BPS, TPM, and LPA initiatives; and transfers technical knowledge to technicians. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of manufacturing or engineering experience, and knowledge of test systems, electro-mechanical controls, quality tools, Poka-Yoke, and TPM.
