Description
STMicroelectronics is hiring a Maintenance Engineer – FOL Assembly to lead equipment maintenance in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role manages FOL Assembly equipment reliability, troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, breakdown recovery, and continuous-improvement initiatives; leads and develops maintenance technicians and engineers; plans shift coverage and maintenance activities; and monitors equipment KPIs such as availability, OEE, MTBF, and MTBI. The position requires a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in a relevant engineering field, 3–7 years of semiconductor manufacturing or equipment-maintenance experience, hands-on FOL Assembly expertise, and team leadership experience.
