Collectors is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead global maintenance teams, overseeing the technical health of operational facilities across various international sites. The role involves managing preventative and unplanned maintenance, performing machine upgrades, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance protocols. The supervisor will collaborate with engineering to develop strategic maintenance planning and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience managing maintenance teams is required, preferably in a global or multi-site industrial environment
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of problem solving methodologies and identification of root cause. Familiar with CAPAs and Lean techniques
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with international teams
Ability to work in a deadline-sensitive environment and adapt to different operational climates and regional requirements
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools, such as Slack and Zoom
Ability to travel domestically and internationally to oversee site operations and support local technicians
