Description
The Senior Maintenance Technician at AbilityFirst is responsible for conducting comprehensive maintenance and repair tasks to ensure building functionality, safety, and overall facility upkeep. This includes both direct hands-on work like plumbing, carpentry, and painting, as well as supervising and guiding junior maintenance staff. Over time, the role will involve increasing coordination and oversight of third-party vendor work, acting as a primary liaison between internal teams and external service providers to guarantee efficient and high-quality facility management.
