Description
LanceSoft is hiring a B-Shift Maintenance Mechanic for a 12-month, 40-hour-per-week onsite role at JMC, working 2:00 PM–10:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. The position performs reactive and preventive maintenance on facility and production equipment, troubleshoots and repairs machinery, manages parts inventory, and fabricates or repairs parts as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical and machine-shop skills, hand-tool proficiency, computer skills, and willingness to work mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays. The pay range is $25–$26.27 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other insurance benefits.
