Description
The Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains production and facility equipment; performs start-ups, preventive maintenance, changeovers, emergency repairs, calibrations, and facility maintenance. The role also leads and supports maintenance projects, coordinates vendors, manages hazardous waste, and collaborates with engineering, IT, operations technology, and production teams. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six years of advanced mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related experience, industrial manufacturing experience, management and leadership skills, and relevant technical certifications. The position is based in the United States and pays $39 to $46 per hour, with health, dental, and vision benefits.
