Description
The role operates and troubleshoots semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as DA, wafer saw, DLC, HRT, Datacon, KLA, and AOI machines; performs spare-part control, tool calibration, preventive maintenance, 5S, ESD and ioniser checks, and shift-progress reporting; and assists with improvement projects. It requires a technical engineering diploma, at least three years of experience with the listed machines, proficiency in Excel, Office, and Power BI, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, and relevant machine training certifications.
