The role includes carpentry, masonry, turf and athletic-field maintenance, equipment operation, small-engine repair, landscaping and pesticide application, driving a truck with a trailer, inventory and recordkeeping, and customer service. The position pays $52,606.00 to $55,230.00 annually and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of relevant equipment or maintenance experience, a valid North Carolina Class B Commercial Driver’s License, a Class C license, a pesticide license, and experience with commercial landscaping and turf management.
