Description
This public-works maintenance role assists an assigned crew with complex maintenance and repairs, grounds and landscaping work, plumbing, sprinkler, pump, motor, water-quality, and irrigation-system maintenance, and supervises a small work crew. The position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, less than one year of related maintenance experience, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history, and may require confined-space, ICS, bloodborne-pathogens, and traffic-control certifications. The work is typically performed outdoors and involves physical demands including lifting, climbing ladders, and using tools and equipment.
