Lambda Legal is hiring a Senior Major Gifts Officer for its Development department in New York City on a hybrid, full-time basis. The role manages a portfolio of major-gift prospects and donors, develops cultivation and solicitation strategies, coordinates events and volunteer leadership committees, and seeks to increase Leadership Donor revenue. It requires at least five years of major-gift or planned-gift fundraising experience, including soliciting and closing five- and six-figure gifts, along with strong donor relationship, communication, organizational, and CRM skills. The annual salary range is $113,891 to $153,956, with up to 30% regional travel.
