Description

Advantive is seeking a Senior Managed Services Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the Team Lead and operational teams, providing technical guidance, dividing tasks, and monitoring progress. They will collaborate with various internal teams like consultants and security specialists to integrate approaches to customer challenges. Additionally, the role involves identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing automation using scripting and AI tools, and staying updated on AI advancements for practical application. The Senior Managed Services Engineer will also assume Team Lead responsibilities in their absence.

In the absence of the Team Lead, you take over their responsibilities and ensure continuity within the team.
