AC Transit is seeking a Management Analyst to support its Classification and Compensation team. The role performs complex qualitative and quantitative analysis, prepares recommendations and reports, supports contract negotiations and labor relations, leads change management and special projects, manages databases and budgets, and may supervise staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, public administration, or a related field, plus five years of recent professional experience gathering and analyzing data in a business setting.
