Description
Polène is recruiting a Senior Management Controller to oversee the group’s OPEX across 12 entities, define and deploy cost-management policy, support departmental budgeting and revisions, analyze budget variances, coordinate OPEX closing, and act as a business partner on project profitability and cost optimization. The role also supports financial transformation on SAP S4 HANA, including process maintenance, report configuration, cost-allocation strategy, and operational support, while ensuring reliable financial data. The position requires at least seven years of post-graduation experience in audit or management control, strong budgeting and analytical-accounting knowledge, proficiency with Excel and an ERP, and professional English. It is a 100% in-office role in Polène’s Paris offices.
