The Senior Management Analyst performs complex professional-level projects for Harris County, including efficiency and cost-of-service analysis, performance evaluations, research, recommendations, project coordination, reporting, and presentations. The role may supervise assigned staff, requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and four years of increasingly responsible experience, and is full-time at 40 hours per week. A master's degree and public administration or local governance experience are preferred.
