Description
Coherent Vietnam is hiring a Senior Manager 2, EHS to provide strategic direction, governance, and operational oversight of environmental, health, and safety programs across its Vietnam operations. The role leads EHS and related teams, ensures compliance with local regulations and international management systems, supports facility expansions and capital projects, manages environmental and occupational safety systems, audits, incidents, training, and regulatory relationships, and drives continual improvement. A bachelor’s degree, at least 12 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, and typically 7+ years of managerial experience are required; semiconductor, electronics, optics, photonics, industrial manufacturing, construction, multinational, and relevant certification experience are preferred.
