Description
Formic is hiring a Senior Manager, Accounting & Controls to strengthen accounting operations during company growth. The role supports the first financial audit, owns month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, prepares complex US GAAP technical accounting transactions, maintains internal controls and audit readiness, and leads ERP, automation, and process-improvement initiatives. The position requires an active CPA license, 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience including significant Top 10 public accounting tenure, and senior audit or assurance leadership experience. Compensation is $140,000–$200,000 USD, with equity, commission, healthcare, retirement, parental leave, and other benefits for full-time U.S.-based team members.
