Senior Manager, Accounting and SEC Reporting at bicara-therapeutics

Bicara Therapeutics is hiring a Senior Manager, Accounting and SEC Reporting to lead SEC financial reporting, including Form 10-Q and Form 10-K preparation, XBRL maintenance, GAAP compliance, emerging accounting standards, stock-based compensation, journal entries, account reconciliations, and Sarbanes-Oxley launch compliance. The role is based in the Boston office on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and requires a BS or MS in Accounting, at least eight years of relevant experience, and prior experience at a biotech, life sciences, or high-growth technology company.
