Description
Databricks is hiring a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead a small team and own the global close across GL, cloud infrastructure spend, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, cash, leases, and related balance-sheet areas. The role combines hands-on accounting execution with process redesign, AI and automation, SOX compliance, audit support, and SAP implementation, while applying U.S. GAAP judgment and developing people. Candidates need 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, 2+ years of people management, CPA, SOX experience, and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; SAP, ERP implementation, and Databricks familiarity are preferred. The Zone 1 pay range is $199,700–$274,550 USD.
