Aviso is hiring a Senior Manager, Advisor Learning & Development to lead a small team and design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning programs for Credit Union Advisors and their teams. The role combines curriculum and facilitation work with people leadership, LMS and learning-technology use, needs assessment, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement. It requires at least five years of adult education or learning and development experience in financial services, three to five years of people management experience, and strong project, communication, analytical, and change-management capabilities.
