DigitalOcean is hiring a Senior Manager, Agentic Analytics Platform Engineering to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive the next generation of business intelligence infrastructure. The role owns the strategic roadmap for AI-enabled analytics, designs and governs enterprise semantic layers, develops dbt-based data models, optimizes data pipelines and warehouses, and partners with executives, product managers, data scientists, and finance leads. Candidates need leadership experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence; strong dbt, SQL, relational-database, and enterprise data-warehouse expertise; semantic-layer and BI experience; familiarity with AI or predictive models; and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The position offers a $160,000–$195,000 base salary and is hybrid.
