Description
Fairstone Bank is hiring a Senior Manager, AI Engineering Operations to oversee the deployment, integration, maintenance, optimization, and governance of enterprise AI systems across a multi-cloud environment. The role manages model rollouts, retraining, platform upgrades, reliability, and operational risk while collaborating with IT, data science, engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, data governance, and business stakeholders. It also leads cross-functional teams, develops AI operational best practices, and supports measurable business value. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, 5–7 years of complex-systems or large-scale operations experience, and knowledge of AI/ML, MLOps, cloud platforms, data engineering, and ITIL. It is a full-time permanent role with a base salary of CAD 130,000–140,000 plus an annual incentive bonus, hybrid work, and comprehensive benefits.
