Ridgeline is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional engineering organization responsible for its Internal AI Platform, including AI-powered products, intelligent agents, automation platforms, and shared capabilities. The role owns engineering strategy and execution across multiple AI leverage domains, defines the internal AI roadmap, guides architecture and delivery of scalable AI systems, partners with executive stakeholders, and recruits, develops, and mentors engineering talent. Candidates need at least 8 years of software engineering experience, significant experience leading and growing engineering teams, and a track record applying generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI development practices to create business leverage. The role requires work authorization in the United States without employer sponsorship and offers a typical starting salary of $214,500-$268,000, with an alternate range of $236,000-$295,000 in select locations.
