Oracle is hiring a senior engineering leader to manage and build an organization responsible for high-performance NIC NPI, collective communication software, GPU networking, RDMA, and large-scale AI cluster systems. The role leads architecture, qualification, performance, reliability, production readiness, hardware/software co-design, automated testing, vendor partnerships, technical roadmaps, and cross-functional programs, while reporting to senior OCI leadership. It requires a BS or MS in a relevant technical field and 15+ years of experience in systems, networking, distributed computing, HPC, or GPU infrastructure, with demonstrated NIC engineering leadership. The US hiring range is $169,800 to $355,400 per annum, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
