Magellan is hiring a Senior Manager Talent BA to advise on and support HR talent domains, manage business and functional UAT, lead change management, deploy and support HRIS solutions, optimize operational efficiency through HR data, and model processes. The role also involves recruiting future consultants, contributing to commercial proposals, sustaining client relationships, and participating in the practice and group. Candidates need at least eight years of consulting experience in similar roles and experience with at least one leading HRIS solution.
